Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making important decisions regarding the creation of the extension we desired. We now have achieved the much-needed space for our family and couldn't thank the GDC team enough!

The oil tank was relocated and the existing decking and wooden office were removed to allow for the extension.

A 40 sqm extension was added to the back of the property, providing the family with a new dining room, office, and master bedroom. 

We finished all the exterior work, as well as the first round of interior work, but left out some specific tasks so that the client could complete them with their tradesman skills.
