What a change! The home needed a re-think and refresh and GDC build did just that! The outcome is great and the flow of the house is so much more usable!

A garage conversion and kitchen refit were carried out, which involved the removal of an old gas-fired boiler from the chimney breast. 

The boiler was relocated to a new utility area created as part of the garage conversion. 

This allowed the chimney breast to be structurally altered to accommodate a new range cooker.

The front door was relocated to improve the kitchen's use of space.

In addition to the other updates, the exterior has also been given a refresh.
